Through 13 normative acts published in 11.5 months of 2018, 139 articles of the Fiscal Code were amended:
- Law no. 29 of January 15, 2018 regarding the cancellation of fiscal obligations published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 190 of March 1, 2018, with an amended article;
- Law no. 72 of March 22, 2018 regarding the approval of Government Ordinance no. 25/2017 for amending and completing the Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 260 of March 23, 2018, with 10 amended / completed articles;
- Law no. 80 of 28 March 2018 for the approval of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 90/2017 regarding some fiscal-budgetary measures, the modification and completion of some normative acts and the extension of certain terms, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 276 of March 28, 2018, with an amended article;

Emergency Ordinance no. 2 of 31 January 2018 for the extension of certain deadlines provided by Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 95 of January 31, 2018, with 2 modified articles;
