Corina Dimitriu joined EY Romania at the end of September. Corina has 22 years of experience in financial auditing, accounting, project management and internal controls, as well as exposure to various organizational cultures.
Corina also has in-depth knowledge of the audit of financial statements prepared in accordance with national and international financial standards for companies operating in a wide range of industries, such as retail, FMCG, manufacturing, real estate, telecommunications, oil and gas and construction.
Over time, she has been involved in auditing service centers of large multinational companies as well as in non-financial audit missions.
Since October, Carmen Spiridon has been the Associate Partner within the Audit Department after a 14-year visit to the company.
In 2004 she joined EY Romania as Junior Auditor, and continued her professional growth as manager in 2009 and as Partner Associate this year.
The accumulated experience is focused on delivering services to major clients, both Romanian and international, focusing on large enterprise audits that cover legal commitments, IFRS, US GAAP and German GAAP.
Internally, Carmen is frequently involved as a trainer in the training sessions of the team on different methodologies and seminars on IFRS and state law.
