The tax authority offers a respite to big taxpayers, postponing by six months the date of the first reporting of the Standard Tax Control File (SAF-T) or D-406, as it was called. The measure comes in the conditions in which, as shown only a week ago by a survey conducted by EY Romania, more than half of the major taxpayers had not started preparations for the implementation of this new statement, and almost a third of them had the information required by reporting in several computer systems for fiscal and accounting management.
