In the last three months, the demand for higher education candidates has increased by 47% compared to the same period in 2020 and by 10% compared to 2019

eJobs, the leader of the Romanian recruitment market, expands its portfolio with a new line of business, Skilld, through which it wants to make its recruitment processes even more efficient. This comes as a response to the current context in which, against the background of this year's return, the market is at a similar level to the prepandemic one, and many of the employers are again facing a talent crisis.
