Starting from December 26, 2024, a new law (Law no. 317/2024 amending and supplementing GEO no. 28/1999 and article 319 of the Fiscal Code) establishes that tax receipts are no longer communicated (printed or handed out, depending on their format) for payments made with bank cards, onlyt at the express request of customers.
