EY study: Are the media and entertainment companies ready for Generation Z, for their unique preferences and for the way in which this generation consumes content?

According to the EY study "From innovation to expectation - how M&E leaders is responding to Gen Z", the major change that media and entertainment (M&E) companies must uphold is focusing the attention on the demand for relevant and detailed information.

The Generation Z is different from what we have seen until now. Many things have been told about the millennium generation, but the Generation Z is the first generation of digital natives. Its members are the first who grew up using social media, mobile technology and certainly the first using small mobile video technology.
