An intention to tigger a sector inquiry on online community trade was annouced by the european commissioner responsible with competition policy

The European Commission announced that Margrethe Vestagerde, the European Commissioner for competion policy, has the intention to start a sectoral investigation regarding online trading .

The investigation will focus on identifying restrictions in distribution contracts regarding online shopping . The European Commissioner wants to check whether providers of goods and services impose the selling restrictions by contract or using other practices.
