Legal ways to “steal” a brand

Nowadays, there are multiple examples in which the business partner whom you are supposed to trust and on whom you should be able to rely, deceives your trust by stealing your brand in an “apparently legal” manner.

It is well known that a company’s brand is worth a lot, sometimes more than we could imagine; one of the most notorious brands in the world can be given as example here: Coca-Cola, Apple, Starbucks etc. It is perfectly understandable, considering that the business partners, clients and the large audience identify both the company and its products based on the brand.
