Through this recognition, Up Romania, a leader in the provision of extra-salary benefits, strengthens its commitment to an organizational culture of excellence

For the third consecutive year, Up Romania obtained the "Great Place To Work" international certification, a distinction awarded to the most appreciated organizations by employees. The certification is based on the results of a feedback survey completed by employees, in which the company obtained an impressive score of over 90%.
