The Competition Council has authorized the Albalact acquisition by the Lactalis Group

The Competition Council has authorized the operation of economic concentration achieved by taking over SC Albalact SA, SC Raraul and SC Logistic Albalact SRL by B.S.A. International, according to a press release of the Competition Council, issued on Wednesday by AGERPRES.

B.S.A. International is owned by B.S.A., a French company that is the parent company of the group Lactalis. Lactalis Group sells dairy products manufactured in Romania both local companies Dorna and Dorna Lactate, and milk products manufactured abroad and imported in Romania.
