SAP Study: about 50% of the companies adopt HR strategies that involve the use of software technologies

According to a new study of SuccessFactors, a company of SAP AG, the leading provider of software solutions for human resource management (Human Capital Management - HCM) in cloud, and the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), approximately 50% of private companies adopt HR strategies involving software technologies.

The survey was conducted on a sample of more than 200 HR executives around the world, in order to learn more about the challenges they face in their interaction with employees, and also information about the strategies they adopt to manage effective human resource development in companies they run.
