Common mistakes in individual labor contracts: How to avoid them?

A labor contract drawn wrong can oblige the employer to pay damages to the employee through the provisions of the document. Moreover, companies that include in labor contracts clauses contrary to legal provisions risk fines from TLI (ITM) inspectors, reaching to RON 5,000.
