The National Bank of Romania emphasizes that the payment obligations of debtors to credit institutions and non-banking financial institutions suspended in accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 37/2020 (GEO no. 37/2020) are not recorded at the Credit (CRC) as outstanding amounts to be paid, being registered completely different from the non-payment situations registered by CRC.
