In 2010, GfK already started on several research projects in the Moldovian market for clients in the telecom, financial and FMCG sectors. From the outset, GfK Romania established a solid partnership with Civis Moldova (http://civis.md/en/), its local field services provider.
The ESOMAR member Civis has 15 years’ market research experience and has full PAPI, CAPI and CATI capabilities. It conducts nationally representative studies on big samples, which are subject to very strict quality controls.
