Since 1998, for 17 years, Gabriela Lupas-Ticu has had regional leadership roles within the marketing and commercial areas of Gillette and Procter & Gamble, the Balkans and South East Europe.
From 2015, in the role of Cluster Consumer Excellence Director of Molson Coors Romania and Bulgaria, Gabriela was responsible for changing strategy and accelerating the growth of portfolio brands as well as developing talent, ensuring team continuity and business results.
