Digitalization - Trend or tsunami in marketing and sales?

In Romania, 41% of consumers are already digital consumers.

These consumers get their information online, have access to reviews, can check several sources for the veracity of the marketing messages, they choose the buying channel. In this context, 62% of consumers get their information exclusively online in order to find the product or service desired, the buying decision is 56-67% based on advice from friends and acquaintances, and only 21% of them are influenced by brand loyalty.
