Forced to make "spells" to increase VAT collection to the budget, the government comes up with a new hot topic: the draft Ordinance that is supposed to implement a new VAT split payment system.

There has already been much talk about this topic, how it works, who is applying it, what penalties awaits us if we do not comply. The question that remains, however, is how does this split payment help us? More specifically, what is the effect, in figures, on increasing the VAT collection rate on the budget?
