Three months ago, the business community woke up to an unprecedented crisis. Due to the restrictions imposed by the military orders, many of the companies suspended their activity, sent employees into technical unemployment, renegotiated rents and salaries, reduced the number of employment hours, resorted to aid from the state.
In a desperate need for solutions to this unprecedented situation, companies with a tradition in Romania quickly closed their business. Industries such as HORECA or tourism have become irrelevant. The employees of the companies that suspended their activity lived experience of technical unemployment. The prospect of retraining to be relevant in the new business context seemed impossible to them.

In an assumed way and aware of the important role that a training, consulting and executive coaching company has for employee training, team building and company growth, Valoria consultants have voluntarily offered their services to companies in Romania. What was the outcome? 80 hours of business mentoring, 32 online courses with a total of 128 hours delivered, 3 online communities initiated during this period to answer specific questions of managers and entrepreneurs, 15 presentations with relevant resources for companies resuming operations. Valoria recently launched a free diagnostic questionnaire on the company's website on the level of preparation of companies for the post-lockdown period.
All these were prepared and delivered pro bono by Valoria consultants. Guided by the company's mission to turn people's potential into value, they became involved in the company's support initiative based on decades of experience in industries such as banking, insurance, IT, industrial production, media, automotive, pharma, and FMCG.
