The most common card payments are of low value, three quarters of respondents stating that, as a rule, use the card for the acquisition of cart up to RON 75.
This trend is encouraging, showing a change of the mindset in the local market: the migration from cash toward electronic payments seems to make its way into consumer behavior of the Romanians, if we consider that 85% of respondents say they use the card for current shopping payments.
