The Internet and new technologies causes the cultural and creative industries to adapt to the digital consumer expectations

The changes generated by the new technologies among consumers reshape the world of cultural and creative industries (CCI).

Given that technology provides an increasingly bigger force to consumers, innovation, "data culture" and directing investments efficiently are the main challenges which companies are facing in this sector, shows the study which analyzes 11 creative industries at a global level, entitled Cultural Times, conducted by EY for the International Confederation of Authors and Composers Societies.
