Only one in four companies integrates all sales channels available

According to a SAP study, the world leader on the business software solutions and technology market, just one in four companies integrates all sales channels available - online, social networks, mobile devices and shop - into customer service, thus having a complete view of the interaction with them.

In the digital era, when the consumers are always in motion, it is necessary that the businesses can have an unique look, overall, on their customers and potential customers to provide them wiyh consistent and relevant information about the behavior of the purchase prices of their objectives through all marketing channels.
