And it is increasingly difficult to identify its benefits, both from the perspective of the revenues that were supposed to be collected in addition to the state budget following the implementation of the measures package, but also of the uncertainty, the increased confusion and the insecurity that they generated, legislative changes in recent months in general, and for employers and employees in particular.
