The Chinese Paradox

The situation of stock exchanges from China is difficult and it worsens as days go by. International financial analysts points out that the evolution of Chinese company shares is following the pattern of Dow Jones index from 1929.

The situation of stock exchanges in China is not going through a positive moment and comes after long periods of spectacular growths which have actually represented the external image of Chinese economy. The economists had reported a continuous growth at accelerated pace. Today, those fluctuations, those problems with which the Chinese stock exchange is dealing, reflect the difficulties the Chinese economy is facing in order to sustain higher paces of development, given the generalized global economic crisis.
