Most companies in Romania have initiated the process of digital transformation of the legal department, mainly resorting to the internal development of technological solutions, reveals a survey conducted by D&B David si Baias, the corresponding law firm of PwC in Romania. Only 14% of the companies surveyed have not yet implemented such initiatives, a percentage similar to the average recorded in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
