Romania is the most attractive market in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) for investments in offices

According to AGERPRES, Romania is the most attractive market in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) for investments in offices and the country's capital city has recorded, in 2015, the highest surface of the square meters of the rent in the region, with the exception of Warsaw, said Mihai Paduroiu, real estate expert at CBRE Romania, on Thursday in a press conference on this subject.

"70,000 square meters were leased in Bucharest in 2015, a record figure compared to other capitals with the exception of Warsaw. I think it's very important that we send the message that Romania is the most attractive market in the CEE region as a business destination. We are still below 50% sqm class A per capita than any other capital in Eastern Europe.

The rents in Bucharest are the lowest in Eastern Europe. We have a very mature and sustained dynamic demand and growth of local business, a newcomer to the business market. In Romania is being built much, we are an open market, we have many square meters of quality offices and we keep the chest of a larger, sustainable and mature request", said Mihai Paduroiu.
