Globally, 59% of the entrepreneurs intend to increase the number of employees in 2016

The entrepreneurs who focus on innovation or disruptive technology engage a much faster rate than the rest of the entrepreneurs.

59% of the entrepreneurial companies plans to increase the number of employees this year, marking a significant leap compared to 47% of employees from 2015, according to the study EY Global Job Creation Survey 2016. This percentage (59%) is more than twice higher than that of the corporations (28%) that aim to hire this year.
