By adopting the O.U.G. no. 30/2020, it is desired to amend and supplement Law 19

In the context of the spread of SARS - CoV -2 coronavirus, the Law was adopted on granting parents free days for the supervision of children in the situation of temporary closure of the educational units no. 19/2020 ("Law 19") and the President of Romania issued Decree no. 195 of March 16, 2020 regarding the establishment of the state of emergency in the territory of Romania ("Decree 195").
