In the context of the spread of SARS coronavirus - CoV -2, the Law was adopted on granting parents free days for the supervision of children in the situation of temporary closure of the educational units no. 19/2020 ("Law 19") and the President of Romania adopted the Decree no. 195 of March 16, 2020 regarding the establishment of a state of emergency in the territory of Romania ("Decree 195").
