The company data also show that areas where most hiring is expanded via LinkedIn are software, HR, finance and accounting and legal.
In Romania, only a third of those employed have a LinkedIn account (less than 2 million profiles vs. approx. 6 million job contracts), but the scale of this network becomes larger, so the HR specialists, who seek this source of candidates, and of the candidates who are more concerned about completing profiles, accessing the platform periodically.
