Employees are determined to make a move, mainly out of a desire to get a higher salary, but also better career opportunities or flexible work

Major change in the balance of power in the labor market - the balance begins to tilt, again, to the employee - two-fifths (43%) of respondents say they are willing to give up their current job in the next 12 months, amid a rising inflation, a shrinking labor market and rising jobs that offer flexibility.
