The market for M&A in Romania has recorded in 2015 a consistent growth of over 23% compared to 2014, the total value of which is estimated at USD 3.65 billion.
The growth has occurred despite the lower number of deals recorded the previous year. Compared to the level of 36 % of 2014, the weighting of the transactions number which have been made available to the public is 39 % of those 123 of transactions that took place in 2015, the average value of the transactions under USD 100 million while maintaining constant at USD 21 million.
