How not to fail as leaders: argument for coaching in Romania

82% of the new appointed leaders fail because they miss to build partnerships with their peers and subordinates, according to a study by Harvard Business Review.

A recent research conducted by Harvard Business Review says 2 of 5 CEO fails in the first 18 months of the employment position. It seems that the real reason for the failure has nothing to do with competence, knowledge and experience rather with pride, ego and leadership style.
