Globally, 85% of executives believe that having a strategic HR function in their company will be critical to business success in the next 5 years. At the same time, the majority of employers (89%) believe that the HR function needs to transform and reposition itself to meet the strategic needs of the business and the increasingly complex demands of employees – this is the result of the EY global study “CHRO 2030: Leading HR into the future with confidence”, to which executive leaders from over 160 companies, from 15 sectors and 26 countries contributed.
