The pandemic has changed the top of the extra-salary benefits that employers offer. Some of them, once popular, have been replaced by others that are easier to grant, regardless of where the employees work, taking into account that many companies still work in remote or hybrid systems. Currently, 84% of employers offer benefits to employees, while 16% did not include them in employee packages, according to the latest survey by eJobs, the leader in the Romanian recruitment market.
