Autonomous completes the transaction for taking over Tiriac Operating Lease , the operational leasing division of Tiriac Group, after receiving the authorization from the Competition Council

The Competition Council authorized the transaction through which Autonom takes control over Tiriac Operating Lease (Premium Leasing SRL), appreciating that this acquisition does not raise significant obstacles in the competition area

Autonom and Tiriac Group announce the conclusion of the transaction through which Autonom takes over Tiriac Operating Lease, a business with annual revenues of EUR 19.3 million, assets worth EUR 48.9 million and a fleet of over 2,600 cars. Through this step, Autonom significantly exceeds the threshold of 10,000 cars in operational leasing and strengthens its position on the market.
