There are increasingly more discussions about digitalization in Romania. Conferences are being organized and presentations are being held. This is surely a positive thing, as informing and educating are necessary actions in the first stage of a process.
Nevertheless, relying exclusively on conferences and speeches means missing out on the benefits of digitalization generated once it is coherently implemented within each company.
