While working with the Regional Public Finance Department of Bucharest, he was also a tax trainer as part of the ANAF development and modernisation programme.

Elena has a practical experience of over 12 years in advising local and international clients on various legal aspects. She handles a various range of services from usual employment matters, drafting & negotiation of contracts (inclusive of sale, leasing, concession) to legal Due Diligence and real estate matters and transactions, litigation (inclusive of labor law litigation).
She has built an excellent practice in labor law, being specialised in all areas of employment and employee benefits, e.g. drafting of employment agreements and internal rules and regulations, collective or individual bargaining, jobs restructurings, individual or collective dismissals, labor litigations. Elena has also assisted a large portfolio of clients with respect to employment matters involving the harmonization of the Romanian legislation with the EU legislation.
