The team of lawyers specialized in tax disputes of Radu and Asociatii SPRL, the associated law house EY Law, registered a new premiere, this time in a problem that created difficulties in the interpretation and application of the tax law - the refund of the excise tax levied on an power product which, not conforming to the standard parameters, was returned by the beneficiary in the fiscal warehouse, in order to recondition and subsequently release it for consumption.
