The Nokian Tires factory in Oradea obtained the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) PLUS. Through this certification, Nokian Tires can use sustainable raw materials, certified ISCC PLUS, in the production of tires.
Nokian Tires will introduce certified raw materials with the launch of its new flagship products. The use of these materials supports the company in achieving one of its key sustainability goals: increasing the proportion of recycled or renewable raw materials in tires to 50% by 2030.
