Romania below the European average regarding investments in research and development

According to the latest data provided by EFPIA, Romania ranks 21 in terms of investment in research and development in medicine in a classification comprising 31 European countries

On top of the list is UK, with Euro 5.588 million invested in research, Germany and Switzerland, with Euro 5.318 million and 4.972 million. On the last places there is Cyprus, where investments in research and development in medicine reach Euro 14 million, Croatia with Euro 40 million, and Turkey with Euro 43 ??million.
