Andreea takes over the leadership of the Human Resources department from Alexandra Bebu, who recently joined the regional team of Talent Management EY in Central and South-Eastern Europe.
Andreea has over 10 years experience in human resources management for multinational companies such as Tchibo, IBM, or PayPoint. The positions she previously occupied, both locally and regionally in Europe, included areas of competence such as human resource management and consulting, organizational change and executive search.
"The role of HR manager in professional services in Romania is particularly complex, especially in the current market conditions and in a company with a portfolio of services such as EY's. Recruiting, training and motivating 500 of the best professionals in business consulting in the country is a challenge and a reference project in my career that I want to accomplish successfully," explains Andreea.
