The Radu si Asociatii SPRL team continues to support the Electrica group in the implementation process after the effective date of the merger

Radu si Asociatii SPRL offered legal assistance to the Electrica group regarding the merger process through which the Electricity Distribution Company Transilvania Nord S.A. absorbed two other distribution companies within the group: SDEE Transilvania Sud S.A. and SDEE Muntenia Nord S.A.
