The Dr. Max brand entered Romania with the acquisition of Sensiblu pharmacies and the Mediplus distributor, being one of the largest companies in this field

A team of consultants specializing in transactions and taxes from PwC Romania provided financial and fiscal due diligence services to the Dr. Max pharmaceutical group, controlled by the Czech investment fund Penta Investments, in the process of acquiring the pharmacy network and the owned drug distributor by the Hungarian group Gedeon Richter in Romania.
