The Pop Briciu Crai law team provided legal assistance to Bog'Art Residential, part of the Bog'Art group, and developer of premium residential properties in the central and northern areas of Bucharest, in the acquisition of a plot of land located in an ultra-central area of Bucharest and in the strategic association with a Spanish investor, for the development of a boutique residential complex of approximately 20 million euros.
