EY Romania advised Hartmann Packaging on the acquisition of Dentas Romania, a Romanian producer of molded fiber packaging solutions, from Dentas Kagıt Sanayi, part of the Abalıoglu Group.
EY Romania provided buy-side services to Hartmann Packaging during the transaction process, comprising of financial and tax due diligence, tax structuring and transaction support services. The transaction is subject to customary necessary approvals.
Dentas Kagıt Sanayi AS is a leading Turkish manufacturer of molded fiber packaging, with production facilities in Denizli and Aksaray, Turkey.
