OSCAR Downstream, the largest independent fuel distribution company in Romania—with 100% Romanian capital—announces the signing of a concession agreement with the National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration (CNAIR) for the development and operation of two service areas on the A7 "Moldova" Motorway, along the Buzău–Focșani section.
