This year’s Market Leader research shows that organizations want CRM technology that provides easy access to essential data (through the cloud, mobile devices, and a unified user interface); the ability to personalize customer experiences; and predictive and prescriptive analytics that can scour oceans of data.
The CRM Magazine Leader awards are based on revenue, analyst ratings for customer satisfaction, depth of functionality, company direction and five-year cost for software/maintenance. Microsoft received call outs for company direction, integration with Office 365 and PowerBI, and the ability to enhance customer engagement via multiple touch points, knowledge management capabilities, the strength of our partners, depth of functionality, customer satisfaction and cost.
