The prize with which Le Terrazze was awarded is a recognition of the high quality of this 38.455m2 shopping center, with 102 shops, a Ipercoop hypermarket of 11,700 m2, 10 large stores and 16 restaurants and bars and a fitness center - Club Tonic, indoor pool and free covered parking for 2,000 cars. The whole concept of Le Terrazze was developed in accordance with its surroundings and in closely related to the local geographical configuration. Opened in March 2012, the shopping center is located in La Spezia - Genoa, which has over 210,000 inhabitants, and had more than 6 million visitors in its first year of operation.
