Investment fund BoldMind and the management team of Pall-Ex, the leader of the palletized transport market in Romania, are acquiring the company in a transaction valued at over €25 million

Through this transaction, Pall-Ex Romania aims to continue raising quality standards, offering customers increasingly high-performance logistics services and a superior experience

Regional private equity fund BoldMind Capital Partners and the executive management team of Pall-Ex, the Romanian operator of the international Pall-Ex franchise, have fully acquired the company in a Leveraged Buy-Out (LBO) transaction, valued at over EUR 25 million. The transaction was completed with BoldMind Capital Partners’ and management team’s own funds, to which was added a significant financing component from Banca Transilvania.
