Intracom Telecom, a global telecommunication systems and solutions vendor, is pleased to announce its distinction through TM Forum’s Catalyst project "AIOps Autonomous Service Assurance", where the company actively participates. The "Outstanding Contribution to TM Forum Assets" award acknowledges best practices on how to deploy and operate AI at scale, contributing back to TM Forum’s AIOps Collaboration program.
Through this project all participants aimed at demonstrating how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can drive closed-loop Service Assurance in CSPs’ network functions, building the foundations for autonomous networks. Intracom Telecom, more specifically, focused on optimizing the energy footprint of the Virtualized Network Functions (VNFs) in Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) data centers, while maintaining Service-Level Objectives (SLOs), leveraging its NFV Resource Intelligence (NFV-RI) platform.
This Catalyst program has been a great opportunity and a proof-of-concept that has generated tangible and measurable business benefits for the CSPs’ business and operations processes, i.e. improved customer experience, better quality, optimized costs and enhanced business performance.
